Terms of use. The rules, in plain English.

These terms cover your use of AI Willo, whether you are a company looking for help or an expert offering it.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Willo. “We” and “us” mean AI Willo.

By sending a brief, joining as an expert, or using this site, you accept these terms.

If you use AI Willo for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

What AI Willo does

AI Willo is a matching service. It introduces companies with an AI problem to independent experts who can help.

  1. You describe your problem in the chat on our homepage.
  2. You confirm the brief by email.
  3. A person at AI Willo reviews it.
  4. We contact experts who might fit, and send you a shortlist of those who are interested — usually 2–3.
  5. You pick one. We introduce you both by email for a first call.

What happens after the introduction is between you and the expert.

Price

AI Willo is free for companies.

It is also free for experts right now. We may later charge experts a fee, for example per introduction.

If we do, we will announce it in advance. It will apply only to introductions made after it starts, never to past ones. You can stop using AI Willo before then.

Our role

We make introductions. That is all we do.

  • We are not a party to any agreement between a company and an expert.
  • We don’t employ experts. They are not our staff or agents.
  • We don’t handle payments between companies and experts.
  • We don’t guarantee any result, or the quality of any work.

We review briefs and expert profiles, but we can’t check everything. Please do your own checks before you agree to work with anyone.

For companies

  • Give accurate information, and use an email address you control.
  • When we approve your brief, we send it to a few experts who might fit. They see your company name, the brief and your timing. They don’t see your email address until you pick one of them.
  • Your shortlist shows experts without their names or contact details. You get these for the expert you pick, in the introduction email.
  • Don’t put secrets in a brief. Only write what you are happy for a few outside experts to read. Share confidential details later, under your own agreement with the expert.
  • Your brief stays yours. You allow us to store it, process it (including with AI tools) and share it as these terms describe, only to run AI Willo.
  • We may decline a brief, for example if it is unclear or breaks these terms.

For experts

  • You are independent. You set your own prices and terms with each company.
  • You are responsible for your own contracts, taxes and insurance.
  • Keep your profile accurate. Only claim skills and experience you really have.
  • Treat briefs as confidential. Use them only to decide whether you are interested, and to work with the company if it picks you.
  • Joining doesn’t guarantee you any briefs or introductions.
  • We review every signup by hand. We may decline, pause or remove a profile.

Matches and timing

Introductions are best effort.

Shortlists usually arrive in 3–7 days. That is a typical time, not a promise.

Some briefs take longer. Sometimes we can’t find a good fit at all. If yours is taking longer, we will tell you where things stand.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • send briefs for anything unlawful, or ask experts to do unlawful work;
  • use AI Willo to send spam, or to message people who didn’t ask to hear from you;
  • give false information or pretend to be someone else;
  • harass anyone you meet through AI Willo;
  • attack, overload or scrape the site, or try to get around its limits;
  • try to open pages or data that are not meant for you.

AI tools

We use AI tools to help run the service. They ask follow-up questions in the chat, turn voice into text, summarise briefs and suggest experts.

AI can make mistakes. A person reviews every brief before any expert sees it.

Liability

AI Willo is a free service. We provide it “as is”.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:

  • any work, agreement or payment between a company and an expert;
  • what a company or an expert does, or fails to do;
  • indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to €100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for intentional harm or gross negligence.

Stopping or suspending

You can stop using AI Willo at any time. To have your data deleted, email hello@aiwillo.com.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.

We may change or stop the service. If we stop it, we will try to tell active users first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email or on this site before it applies. If you keep using AI Willo after that, the new terms apply.

Law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems can be solved that way.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right the law gives you to go to court where you live.
